Amazing staff. Eric and the team were legendary.
Unfortunately we had some extra numbers, and the additional charges to accomodate at last minute I feel could have been better managed. As a charity, we wanted to minimise our cost, but ended up having to pay a premium. I understand it was a policy issue that the staff had to manage, but that was a slightly souring final moment.
