Very friendly/ polite staff. Location and venue very pretty as like photos. It was helpful to have a staff member around on the day who did her best to sort out any issues.
Lots of back and forth/ confusion during booking confirmation process. AC not cool enough Address on information booklet was incorrect so incorrect address was sent out on guest invites. The speakers on the day were not working for at least half of the event which was super frustrating as music Is important for a party. More annoyingly, I was going to bring my own speaker but was told not to as the venue has a great speaker system. When it did eventually work, the sound quality was poor.

It was honestly an amazing party, all my guests enjoyed it and the space was really fun and cute. I would honestly recommend the cleaning fee as that actually saved out life and we didn’t have to do much at the end of the party. The pace is really cute and you don’t have to decorate it like at all!! I would book this venue again for a party!
We hooked the venue for 6pm but there were still other people in the space at that time that we had to kind of work around to get our prep sorted. Also, as there was another event upstairs the people would come downstairs to use the toilets in the space that we had rented. This was quite odd as we weren’t told that this may happen. One final thing is, upon viewing the venue, we were told that we are not required to pay for the use of cutlery, dishes. However when it came to actually booking the venue, I was told that cutlery & dishes came at an extra cost. Although these were issues I had encountered, I honestly loved the venue and everything was easy to do.
About The Hearth
The Library upstairs has dramatic high ceilings, skylights and large windows, with a full size screen and projector, while the Lounge is calm and cosy with the Coffee / Wine bar serving drinks. Our Meeting Room seats up to 5 and is equipped with a smart TV and whiteboard.
This is the perfect venue for:
