Easy communication, open to ideas regarding the private party hire. On the night the bartenders and manager were helpful and friendly, the venue was perfect for our party - no complaints!

The basement venue is very elegant (especially the burgundy rose wall downstairs and floral theme throughout the venue + entrance flower wall). I celebrated my 25th Birthday here and the staff/bartenders did an amazing job ensuring all the guests had a great time. (They even joined in with the sunglasses party trend and enjoyed the music) I received a lot of compliments for the venue choice due to the aesthetics and hospitality :) I was able to bring in my own DJ and the staff helped out with light decorations we carried in, to ensure everything was safe and looked good. Etta did a great job in answering all my queries and tried her best to ensure any needs I had were met :)
- would have been good to have a cloakroom as everyone put there things in the booth at the back - better to include a stage lighting near the rose wall
