The Crown is located in the heart of Blackfriars road, a 1 minute stroll from Southwark tube station. With a wide variety of beers, spirits & cocktails there's something for everyone. We can accommodate all types of parties and guests, with exclusive hire of the entire venue on weekends. We have a small front garden and secluded beer garden to the rear with its own bar.

No. There is one small step to access the venue, which is all on one level, and a disabled toilet. The garden is not accessible, as stairs lead to it.

Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.

'My friend and I hosted a joint birthday party at the Crown in August. We are so so pleased with the staff and venue! Laura was particularly helpful. The pub is gorgeous with a real relaxed vibe and we were able to bring whatever food and decorations we wanted as well as set up our own playlist. The event was seamless and all staff were really friendly and lovely. We’d really recommend this to anyone looking to host an event.
