the “indoor area” felt more like a glorified smoking shelter and was very cold despite heaters dotted around. i didn’t like how separate the club area and drinks area was. guests reported issues with ordering drinks.
My guests had fun.
Very poor communication between managers, I tried to get a hold of Johnathan and Luke on the day but to no avail. Managed to speak to the other manager called Charlie at the venue who was very disrespectful and rude, because he said Luke and Johnathan did not inform him of anything. Would not recommend this place.
Fantastic venue
Jonathan who met us was great and was quick to help get us seated.
Our booking wasn't on the system despite paying a deposit, though this was quickly rectified in fairness by Jonathan and his helpful colleagues inside. The man on the door ignored any questions we had about the booking, simply just pointed at the queue.
