Bonkers Bar

The staff was very attentive and lovely. The booking process was really simple. Simon gave us a tour and was very friendly. Everything was perfect and I would definitely use the venue again.

I would say the downstairs needs some sort of ac system as it got very hot.

From the initial contact to the end of the event, the staff and all that’s in between were fantastic. I had so many requests and questions and they did not disappoint. The venue itself is a gorgeously decorated, themed space, and was perfect for what I wanted. I also love alice in wonderland so that was a huge bonus. The bar staff, management, security and cloakroom attendant were all so friendly and helpful. They made my guests comfortable and had the best night! The DJ booth was well equipped, with the option to hire more equipment. The sound system was great, there were many lighting options including some fun lasers! I wanted special themed cocktails for the night and they were happy to oblige, they made them perfectly and even created menus. I couldn’t have had a better 30th, thank you Bonkers!

The stairs were a little rough for heel wearers but we managed.

We loved the venue itself, also the staff working on the day were lovely and helped make the day so special! (They are not the reason for a bad service rating) We extended the license till 4am so we didn’t feel like it ended to early either.

Management are very hard to get hold off, they can take weeks to respond. Our party was on the 17th, followed up about getting or deposit back and they are yet to reply to my message.
