2. SGD 50 cleaning fee is required

4. In the case of vomit found within the venue, shared public spaces or corridors, an additional cleaning fee of $100 may apply. Please be considerate to those who have to clean up after

6. Leave the event space on time unless prior confirmation has been sought with the venue. Additional charges may apply for overstaying
7. Catering and delivery services must be delivered within the timeslot of your event

Place was very clean and had a lot of cute props like the projector and karaoke system. The lights were also a really nice touch and I thought made the room looked really nice. Ample of space for a big group. The owner was really nice and very prompt with the replies and overall, it was a very fuss free transaction. Would recommend!
- Very affordable, especially given the location - Super responsive host with fuss-free and seamless dealing (he was also able to respond to a last-minute request to extend the rental) - Extremely cozy (looks better in person, I might add), with aesthetic and minimalist furnishings. My guests really enjoyed the overall aura Overall really happy with the experience!
- Minor quibble, but there's no sink in the space. It was really cosy with many different lightings options to take photos and KTV. There's even mini board games to keep guest entertained. Really pretty and clean place I highly recommend for small parties with friends.
There's no sink in the room itself which makes cleaning up harder but other than that no bad vibes! We appreciate that the owner let us arrive 15mins to prep before our time. The slideshow and videos provided on how to get there and use the facilities were very informative. Would consider booking again for our next event.
Just a small feedback, would have been nice if there’s a water dispenser and some kitchenwares like knives/scissors.
