Amazing!!! Super large venue, the owners gave me free balloon decorations from the previous party too I think, and 2 free gifts or smth. But yes very worth it and even though there was mistake with the booking system which made the party delayed, they recitified it by giving me extra hours. Will book again.
My guests for the event really liked the venue - its easy accessibility, along with the wonderful view it offered. The venue was cosy for my group size of 50, and there was more than enough space to accommodate everyone in the group. The venue was suitably equipped with the sound system and projector. The coffee machine and water dispenser were also very much appreciated. Iversen, the venue manager, was also readily available via phone, and dutifully checked with me to make sure that there were no issues on event day. It's a place I would definitely consider again for future events!
Held my daughter's 2nd Birthday party here and the space exceeded my expectation. Space is very clean and very well equipped. The size is just nice for the pax that I'm hosting, especially a safe space for the little ones to run around. Brandon always answers my 101 enquiries and Kevin was there to helped on that day too as I was busy with my little one. Recommend this space 100%!
The venue was awesome! Hidden jem in an industrial building! Since we started contacting the team to enquire about the layouts, pricing, package options, the hosts have been very responsive, accommodating and kept us well informed. Pricings are also very transparent, you know what you are paying for. Any add-ons are spelt out. On day of venue, the hosts extended warm welcome to our team. Lots of activities, fun. We have so much fun that we gotta "drag" our people out towards end of event. 😆 BIG Thank you to Casper, Nicole and Zanair!
This was an absolutely brilliant venue for my son’s 18th birthday party. There was plenty of space for the 30 guests and so much for them to do. All guests had a great time and enjoyed the pool table, basketball and dart board. It was also brilliant to have a quieter space with couches for those that preferred quiet conversation. I would highly recommend this venue.
I did not like this venue BUT I am in LOVE with it! "Huge space with accurate-to-picture facilities" was one of the reviews given by one of the user and I truly second that. Everything was perfect, check in was hassle free. For me, what made me chose this place was that this venue has a kitchen. We had Lohei and steamboat and everyone truly enjoyed every moment. This venue made everyone of us busy, the kids busy with their Nintendo Switch games, the adults having their time singing away with the karaoke system. Some of my cousins had their fair share of the board games provided. Everyone found something which interest them which was why to me this venue was perfect. With the kitchen, it was really a plus point. We had our breakfast and lunch there in the kitchen. And the kitchen had almost everything. The electric kettles for us to make hot drinks, the water jugs for us to make cold drinks. The ice maker does play an important role too because we don't have to buy ice at all. There's also chiller and fridge provided so that we can store our steamboat items, the bottled/packet drinks and ice cream. We also had carbonara pasta cooked in that kitchen using the induction cooker. The only thing that we have yet to try was the oven which was also provided as time is limited. Honestly, 5 hours were not enough for us. Mr Harris John Manrique is also very helpful and fast in responding to my queries. And lastly, this venue is worth the price and very reasonably priced. Thank you for this amazing venue and we will definitely come back for more :)
I totally love the place and ambience! Conveniently located and very suitable for small parties (max 80) but I had 65 guests. The place had everything I needed - projector and a good sound system with mics. Michael, the owner, is ever so helpful and on-hand to assist anytime. He also allowed us earlier access so we can decorate the place, which I appreciated so much. He was also kind enough to let us order from our own caterer, even though he had their own kitchen. I highly recommend this venue.
We held our baby’s first year birthday party at the venue and we loved that the space was beautiful and cosy, and there was natural daylight for my photos. Communication with Via and their WhatsApp was also great and they were very responsive and helpful. We requested to recce the venue one day before our event and they also kindly agreed and showed us around. Thank you to the teahouse studio team!
