Budget for these on top of the room:

What should you check about catering, halal and dietary requirements?

For Singapore corporate events, confirm that the venue can meet dietary requirements for your full guest count, not just provide indvidual alternatives..

Confirm before booking:

• Halal catering – check whether the venue is halal-certified, uses a halal-certified caterer, or can only offer no-pork-no-lard. These are not the same.
• Dietary requirements – confirm vegetarian, vegan and allergy options and whether separate preparation is available where required

How much setup and access time will you get?

Your booking time may need to cover setup, rehearsals and breakdown as well as the event itself. For events with staging or AV, confirm:

• Breakdown deadline
• Overtime charges
