Twelve Mulberry Club — Kitchen Studio Rental Rules
To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all guests, please take note of the following:

GENERAL CONDUCT
- Rental time includes setup and teardown. Please account for this in your booking.
- No smoking inside the studio.
- Keep noise levels at a respectful volume, especially in shared building spaces.

STUDIO CARE
- Treat all furniture, props, appliances, and surfaces with care.
- Do not move large furniture or appliances without prior approval.
- Any damages or excessive mess will incur a cleaning or replacement fee.

KITCHEN USE
- Please dispose of all trash and food waste in the bins provided.

ART & DECOR
- Paintings, decor pieces, and styling props are for ambience and visual use only. Please do not tamper or remove without permission.
- Wall-mounted items are not to be adjusted or rehung.

EQUIPMENT & UTILITIES
- Please handle kitchen equipment, lighting fixtures, and any provided electronics with care.
- Turn off all appliances and lights before leaving the space.

CAPACITY & SAFETY
- Maximum recommended capacity to be respected unless otherwise approved.
- Children under 12 must be supervised at all times.
- No open flames or hazardous materials allowed.

AFTER USE
- The space must be returned to its original condition before check-out.
- Any overtime will be billed in hourly increments.
- Kindly inform us once you’ve completed your session and are ready to check out.
