1. Overnight stays are not permitted as this is not a residential unit.
2. Smoking is not allowed indoors; designated areas for smoking comply with legal requirements.
3. Refrain from any illegal, illicit, or inappropriate activities on the premises.
4. Clean up and dispose of all rubbish in the allocated green bin along the corridor before leaving, and return all furniture to its original position after use.
5. Flush the toilet after each use, and avoid flushing anything other than toilet paper.
6. Frying is not allowed, though baking, boiling, or steaming is permitted, with condiments available for use.
7. Items can be stored in the chiller and freezer; please remove them upon checkout.
8. You may use the boiler to prepare hot water for yourself. Chilled canned drinks are available for $2 each.
9. Use electrical appliances only for their intended purpose; Shin Daijoubu is not liable for any injuries from improper use.
10. Help conserve resources by turning off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when not in use, and use water responsibly.
11. Only use removable adhesive for decorations, and avoid marking the walls or other surfaces.
12. Toys and plush items are for display only; please refrain from handling or removing them from cabinets without permission.
13. Posters are for everyone’s enjoyment; please do not remove them. For any items you wish to purchase, inquire separately.
14. Leave the space in the same condition as when it was handed over.

It's a nice and cozy plaze with affordable price. There is also a big supermart at level 1 so you can buy stuff for your event downstairs. Location is walking from Lavender mrt, it's central area.

Highly recommend the venue if you need a cozy place to chill and hangout with your friends! Location is very central and there is a supermarket below which makes buying drinks or snacks much more easier
