It is a 3 storey modern house with a Master Bedroom, A single bedroom and an additional 3rd-floor bedroom with built-in cupboards and large glass doors. The furniture is movable to customise the shot you need using natural lighting or blackout cloth to create the relevant scenes.
The office space is on the 3rd floor and varying angle shots may be captured. The kitchen, study/holding room, dining room, pool, sofa/living room, patio and outdoor venues are all found on the ground floor itself. The porch will fit a regular van or car for the pick up/drop off of equipment and logistics.

Modern Day Spacious House with Swimming Pool and 3 Bedrooms. Ideal for filming a full family scene or as a backdrop for photoshoots or interviews. This 3 storey house comes with a spacious living room, dining room, study room, garden, terrace, and a wonderful swimming pool on the floor space. On the second floor, there is the master bedroom and a single bedroom. The Single room is set up for a child's room at present but is easily changed to suit the necessary script. The Master bedroom has a balcony that gives an aerial view of the pool deck area as well. The third floor is an office space.
