About this space

The Lunar Lounge is a semi-private lounge in The Astronomer bar characterised by curated astronomy-themed décor and a street-facing bay window that brings natural light into an enclosed seating area.

Design: Dark timber panelling and leather-upholstered booth seating create a compact, intimate layout while low brass pendant lights and striped wallpaper provide a traditional pub interior with contemporary detailing.

Features: The space includes Wi‑Fi and air conditioning for guest comfort. The space has a timber serving ledge beside the seating that suits bottles and glassware and a small service area for standing drinks. The space provides step‑free guest entrance, wheelchair access and accessible toilets.

Ideal for: Small social groups seeking a relaxed, semi-private spot for mixed seated and standing drinks.

What guests say: The space maintains a buzzy, social atmosphere even when busy and receives credit for organised, attentive service.
