THE DICKENS INN is a picturesque re-styled and reconstructed 18th century pub and restaurant in the heart of St Katharine Docks, with gorgeous views of the marina, Tower Bridge and the Shard. Originally a warehouse building, it now houses two large bars, two individual restaurants and a stunning function room: The Dickens Suite, making the Dickens Inn a truly versatile venue. Our spacious and bright function room has beautiful high ceilings, exposed wooden beams and large picture windows with views over the dock towards Tower Bridge. In a purpose-built extension to the original Dickens Inn, the room is stylishly finished to complement its historic setting and can be laid out to meet your needs.
It is the perfect venue for a wedding party, conference or private
function, capable of catering for events up to 200 people.

Wonderfully decorated for Christmas Attentive and welcoming staff Food courses were well run and quickly brought to all tables
Some confusion with drinks pre-order. A solution was quickly offered
Great venue and the event manager was excellent and very responsive. They had a fast turnaround from another event before ours and they did an amazing job at getting everything ready for us. It was great to have our own room private room and cloakroom. I had great feedback on the party from the guests and everyone enjoyed themselves. The buffet was a bit late being served but when the food arrived it looked great. However those at the back of the queue did miss out on some items but that could be down to hungry guests serving themselves a bit more as it looked so good! Would definitely consider booking there again for future events.
Communication with Eleonora was wonderful. She always responded promptly and dealt with any special requests we had. She made organising the event an easy and smooth process
The event manager was amazing and very responsive.
