Host rules
• Full minimum spend/tickets as deposit upon confirmation. Events and group bookings will not be confirmed until minimum spend has been received
• Any additional spend will need to be paid for on the night by credit card or by invoice post event (if agreed in advance)
• Dietaries and pre-orders must be received no later than 14 days prior to the event. Any changes after this cannot be guaranteed
• Service charge of 12.5% is optional and payable on the night
Cancellation terms:
• If cancelled more than 6 weeks prior to event: 50% refund
• If cancelled within 6 weeks of event: no refund
• The Company shall have no liability to make any payments to the Client or refund any part of the Price due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to war, riot, industrial dispute, terrorist attack, adverse weather conditions or fire
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day
