About this space

The space comprises 1,500 sqft with a kitchenette tucked away in the corner and two beautifully designed setups for you to choose from depending on the nature of your shoot. The first being the traditional photos studio with an array of backdrops and black out curtains to The Lounge, a high-end seating area great for fashion or editorial photography.

With wrap-around floor-to-ceiling windows, there is an abundance of natural light filling the space. The light with the industrial architecture, concrete walls, and soft interiors creates the perfect space for all sorts of creative needs!

Our T3 Studio team will be on hand every step of the way to ensure you get the most out of your time at the Take 3 Studio.

Host rules

- No smoking in the building
- Number of attendants to be agreed beforehand due to capacity limitations.
- All rubbish is to be taken to the bins before leaving the space.
- All equipment to be neatly packed away at the end of the shoot.
- Keys to be returned within 24 hours of the completion of your booking.
- No alcohol allowed unless otherwise agreed.
- Noise must be kept to a respectable level from Monday to Friday; 9:00 to 18:00.
- All cutlery and crockery used must be placed in the dishwasher once used.
- No food stored in the fridge or cupboards is to be consumed unless otherwise specified.
