We had an excellent 21st party for 20 people in the conservatory of The Mitre. It was the perfect space for that amount of people. We had a buffet which was served when we requested. All staff were super helpful. We were able to bring some decorations and our own cake.
Organised to have my 21st birthday in the cargo room with roughly 30 guests. Service was incredible, staff were lovely and helped make the night perfect. Stored the cake in the fridge for us, made drinks quickly and had good tunes on all night. Beer pong was a highlight of the night, plenty of seats but also made space for us to dance! Student discount was great as well! Thank you Belushi’s 💓💓
We celebrated my husband’s 40th birthday celebration at the Greenwich Yacht Club last weekend and words cannot describe how ecstatic we were with it all. Everything, from the planning stages through to the setup and day itself, went smoothly. The GYC staff are absolute pros at what they do and went over and beyond to ensure every single one of our needs were catered to - big or small. This, added to the sensational location and views, made for a day that will be remembered by us and our guests for years to come. I can’t recommend the GYC enough and will forever cherish memories of our celebrations there.
The Tavern is a wonderful room and a great location. The organisation pre event was pretty good, albeit they could have been clearer on a few points from the outset. We had a great 50th party ultimately.
We had our engagement party at this venue, and it was a day/ night to remember. Staffing levels were great and the whole teal were super helpful. The space has such character. Its rustic, edgy and versatile and the team are keen to adapt the layout to best suit your vision. I would 100% recommend. 'Big thanks' to Ed for working with us on planning and to Tom and the team on event day.
Great venue for a children's party. The space is big enough even for a bouncy castle and for kids to run around. Communication with the manager was good and everyone was really helpful and accommodating
Responded to requests and questions promptly. Open direct about any limitations on numbers etc. and pricing. Flexi about buffet dishes available whilst staying within pricing structure, (important as this avoided any surprise cost increases).Caribbean 3 course buffet was excellent. On the day of event different staff took over from usual contact but excellent handover.
Lucy was really helpful throughout the booking process which made planning very easy. The staff on the night were friendly and accommodating of our needs and the space was a really good size. Post-event the team were really helpful with some lost property enquiries. I would recommend this venue if you are thinking of hosting a special occasion in Greenwich.
