About this space
A tall, vaulted studio framed by exposed timber beams and a pitched ceiling that produces a column‑free floor area. A row of clerestory skylights and a long wall of tall windows deliver even daylight onto smooth timber floorboards and white walls.
Room features: An integrated PA and speaker system provides music playback and cueing, and on‑site Wi‑Fi supports file transfer and remote direction. Storage space is available for props and kit, and the layout includes wheelchair access and accessible toilets.
Best for: Dance and movement rehearsals and workshops, movement‑based performance run‑throughs, and photography or video shoots that need a clear, open practice space.

Only bottled water on the dance floor. Hot drinks or food only allowed in the kitchenette.
Only soft shoes (or no shoes!) in the space to protect the wooden dance floor.
If you want to bring in anything (heavy furniture, theatre sets etc..) that might damage the floor, discuss with us in advance so we can agree how best to protect the floor.
Our standard office hours are Mon-Fri 10am-6pm. Any bookings outside of this window may incur an additional charge for a duty manager.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
