Even with all of my disorganised traits, the team did their best to accommodate and make the evening a success. We had the best prom ever, and its all down to the staff at Lower Deck, from the organisers to the bar staff, we had the best time. The venue itself is beautiful and a hidden gem in the heart of Greenwich! Would really recommend.

Jess and Lukas onsite during the event were so helpful The venue looked fab once it was all set up. Great having all the lighting and AV in the room hire fee - just need to ensure someone onsite know how to use it all!
Responses from the venue were very slow and a lot of chasing had to happen but when they did come through Rianne was very helpful - I think the team are just very short staffed. Access is very difficult if you have a lot of items from the delivery load in area. There is no goods lift and we ended up using the wheelchair lift (which broke at the end of the day). The Kraken room really needs to be repainted/refreshed to be in line with the rest of the venue. It is very shabby in comparison with the rest!

Great venue, perfect for our event but the highlight was the staff. We had amazing service from Rianne before the event and during. On the night we had great communication and friendly service from Satvik, Inez, Blanca, Sam and the rest of bar and security team. Nothing was too much, incredibly helpful and definitely made the event run better with their input.
