The meeting room is a regular shape with inbuilt audio-visual equipment and dedicated onsite support. It also boasts excellent free-of-charge Wi-Fi (1GB), air conditioning, natural daylight, and good soundproofing. Refreshment stations are conveniently located nearby. The venue is complemented by an open plan reception, lounge, and restaurant.

You have the option to rent the meeting room on its own or select our cost-effective Day Delegate Package. The package includes Room Hire, Equipment (LCD projector and screen), Complimentary High-Speed Wi-Fi, Stationery, a dedicated Events Executive, a delegate welcome and registration service, unlimited premium teas and bean-to-cup fair trade blend coffee, Breakfast, Mid-Morning Snacks, Lunch and Mid-Afternoon Snacks.
