The room itself boasts a regular shape, providing flexibility for different seating arrangements, and features inbuilt audio-visual equipment with dedicated onsite support, ensuring seamless presentations. The room also has excellent free of charge Wi-Fi (1GB) and is equipped with air conditioning, making it a comfortable environment for all attendees. With natural daylight and good soundproofing, the space allows for focused discussions and presentations. Refreshment stations are conveniently located nearby.
You can choose to rent the Covent Garden meeting room on its own, or opt for our cost-effective Day Delegate Package, which includes everything you need for a successful event. The package includes room hire, equipment (LCD projector and screen), complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, stationery, a dedicated Events Executive, delegate welcome and registration service, unlimited premium teas and coffee, breakfast, mid-morning snacks, lunch, and mid-afternoon snacks. Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours.
Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
