Bethany was a brilliant help throughout the process.
The receptionist (American female) was unfortunately notably rude to myself, our speaker and most of the group. This had an immediately negative impact on what was until this point (with Bethany) a brilliant experience. Not only were we not allowed into the room on time, (15 minutes early as agreed) but were told off when arriving for holding the door open for someone (unsure who it was). I was quite taken aback by this and it has affected my consideration of booking this venue again in the future.
