Meeting Room 1 is a great budget option for hosting small meetings with a maximum of 14 guests. Recently refurbished, this modern meeting room has a regular shape and comes equipped with inbuilt audio-visual equipment, complete with dedicated onsite support and complimentary Wi-Fi (1GB). The room is designed to provide a comfortable and functional space, with air conditioning, natural daylight, good soundproofing and refreshment stations located nearby. In addition, the venue features an open plan reception, lounge and restaurant.

You have the option to rent the meeting room on its own or select our cost-effective Day Delegate Package, which includes everything you need for a successful event. This package offers Room Hire, Equipment (LCD projector and screen), Complimentary High-Speed Wi-Fi, Stationery, a dedicated Events Executive, a delegate welcome and registration service, unlimited premium teas and bean-to-cup fair trade blend coffee, Breakfast, Mid-Morning Snacks, Lunch and Mid-Afternoon Snacks.
