Private room accommodates up to 14 people seated and 30 to 40 on an informal drinks basis.
Housed in what was formerly an industrial grain trading unit and an after hours strip club. From the same team behind Ninth Ward in New York, this late night London outpost offers the same design rich ambience.
Featuring a carefully curated drinks list, including 15 draught beer lines that regularly rotate offering the very best from the London craft beer scene, a selection of over 50 different bottles in the fridges and a sizeable cocktail list.
The drinks are complemented by a hugely popular menu of burgers and wings. True American comfort food. Conceived, designed and built by friends, Ninth Ward delivers a uniquely old world atmosphere of drinking and dining.

Ninth Ward was the perfect spot for our team catchup - the room was a great size for 7 to 10 people to sit around a table and brainstorm, set to the back of the bar space so it's nice and private. The bar is just a few minutes' walk from Farringdon Station so it was super accessible too. We will be back!
The staff were absolutely great, Rus was really prompt with communication & really easy to talk with. Paul was great helping us on the day of filming also. Great staff, great venue & was just extremely happy with my time there. Would highly recommend to any other filming crew. Thanks again for everything!
Perfect location and setting. Relaxed and atmospheric.
No bad points. The music was a bit loud when we arrived, but it was turned down for us, no problem.
This is long overdue but not only was the communication wonderful and the entire process very smooth, but the venue itself was an absolute dream. The staff are also lovely. The decor is cool and the private room is cosy but can fit a fair few people in it. The food and drinks were amazing, plus there was a great happy hour deal going on for the first hour of my party. We've since visited a few times and one of my friends enjoyed the venue so much that he booked his own birthday party there! We loved the venue so much we considered using it for our wedding reception...until Covid happened. If you have any hesitations, put them aside, I promise you'll have a fab time here!
This is minor but we can't play our own music in the private room.

About Ninth Ward London
New York restaurant and bar curators The Church Group, famed for their approach to designing venue spaces launched the London counterpart to Manhattan's Ninth Ward.
Showcasing a big love for all things Louisiana, it crosses the Atlantic to settle in Clerkenwell. Nurturing s a penchant for the classic All-American comfort foods like chicken wings and enormous burgers. They also offer a traditional selection of native New Orleans dishes. The interior echoes New Orleans French Quarter style with dark wooden pieces of furniture.
This Louisiana mood is a throwback to the oldest neighbourhood in the infamous American city, reviving rugged colonial details in a huge London plot. Lighter in the atmosphere and feel than its US sister, owing to the generous front windows of the venue, venue brings a touch of American history to the streets of Farringdon.
