I booked this venue for a 30th birthday party. During the lead-up to my party, Ryan was excellent. He responded to queries quickly, followed up on any outstanding points without me needing to chase, and was extremely helpful with any specific requests I made. On the day, Joanna and the team were fantastic. They kindly allowed me to arrive early to set up, accommodated all requests, and served the buffet right on time. I received nothing but positive comments about the food. Being able to play our own music helped to make the day extra special. The space itself was ideal for around 30 guests (including 2 toddlers). High chairs were provided for the children, and some chairs were even removed to make extra space for dancing, which worked perfectly. I would 100% book this space again and look forward to returning for our next family celebration!

Ryan and the team couldn't have done more for us. They were very accommodating and even let me use on of their old laptops for a PowerPoint we put together when we found out that a USB couldn't be used on the TV, which would have left me with a very upset Bridesmaid! They made sure we were happy with the room set up and checked on us throughout the booking, brining up drinks as a when needed. We are so thankful for the amazing service, it really made a great day perfect. They were also on hand to clean up a few broken glasses... sorry about that! I just want to say really really big thank you. We were quite a loud group and you were very patient and kind to us. I would definitely recommend you guys in future.

Excellent location & Feathers Lounge just right for size of our party. The buffet food provided was exceptional & the staff attentive & responsive to our needs.
Had to ask for a bottle-opener to uncork the wine that we had ordered!
