Host rules

We are very flexible and will try to accommodate all your requirements within reason.

In the event of cancellation by the client, the company reserves the right to charge the following cancellation fees:

1.1. If cancellation is effected three calendar weeks or less prior to the event, the 30% deposit payment will be due.

1.2. If cancellation is effected two calendar weeks or less prior to the event, the full minimum spend will be due. If booking falls between November 20th and December 20th, cancelation notice is 6 weeks.

1.3. In addition, any fees charged to the company in respect of bookings made on the client’s behalf in connection with the Event will be payable in full by the client.

I organized a surprise 30th birthday party for my partner, and everything was absolutely perfect. Everything was ready on time, and the bartender was highly professional — the cocktails were excellent. The room was the perfect size to host 40 people and it allowed me to bring food and set it up as a buffet throughout the space. We had an amazing time — thank you!
