We booked Buzzspace for a full-day event, and it was an absolute disaster. The venue was filthy when we arrived, the cleaner showed up late, and we had to spend two hours cleaning just to make the space usable. The event manager didn’t show up until four hours in. During our event, random people were allowed to walk in and ask about booking costs, completely ruining the intimate atmosphere. No warning or heads-up was given, and we were left dealing with their unprofessional chaos. They promised a partial refund but are now ignoring us and trying to blame us for their own incompetence. This place will ruin your day. Completely unprofessional. They also have absolutely none of the facilities they advertised. The venue is run down and absolutely filthy.

Overall, we enjoyed our night at My Buzzspace, and a lot of our guests said that the space was great and even mentioned that they would potentially hire it in the future. The drinks were also very reasonably priced!
There were a few issues with organisation prior to the event, and communication became difficult the closer we go to the night. When we arrived, the space wasn't ready for us due to issues with a previous hire. However, when I queried this with Pooja after the event, they were very good at resolving our issues.
