Along Old Street, one of Shoreditch’s main promenades and a go-to spot for parties, find a number of modern venues with plenty of space, versatility, and a quirky character. This includes the striking Jerwood Hall, a restored 18th century church with a fantastic ambience and special wedding packages that includes access to an event manager, use of the venues staging, lighting packages, and much more. As most of the other venues on Old Street are bars and nightclubs, they are ideal for both ceremonies and receptions and offer a variety of different minimum spend packages, which start at around £1,500, but can rise to almost £15,000, depending on the venue, guest-list, and day or time of hire.
Towards Shoreditch High Street, find some more bespoke wedding venues, warehouses, and banqueting halls, all of which cater to larger crowds and act as the perfect blank canvas for your special day. Shoreditch Studios is a great example of these adaptable venues, as it is an old warehouse that has been completely transformed into a high-quality wedding space, complete with great AV-equipment, and a full wedding license. This can be hired for a dry hire fee of £7,200, which includes exclusive use of the whole facility, as well as the courtyard.
