About this space

A boutique event space situated in the heart of Old Street and just a stone throw away from Nobu and The Hoxton hotels - Shoreditch. This venue comes fully licensed to serve alcohol and playing wide range of musics whether it's live band, a playlist or DJ operate deck, we also licensed for live performances and ticketed events. The is why our space is very versatile and able to accommodate all kind of events. The premises is currently set as blank canvas which is the ideal solution for the organisers to implement their own creative ideas.

With over 1000 square feet space over 2 floors, the premises has been fitted to a very high standard through out.

The venue comes with high spec PA system and we are happy to source extra key items to assist with your event plans.

The whole experience was very easy and Kwan was extremely helpful with any questions we had prior to the event. The space was perfect for our needs and comfortable for the amount of attendees.

The venue is clean and well presented. The audio system is good. Kwan was helpful.
The staff were not well briefed or helpful. When I arrived the one staff member on site did not know what the event was, when it was starting or what welcome drink package I had bought in advance. I had to get all the tables and chairs out of the store room and set them up myself as the staff member had 'a frozen shoulder.' I paid extra for welcome drinks only to find out the owners were going to arrive an hour after the event started and there were no drinks on site to give to my guests. When I complained about this the staff member told me to 'chill' and 'go with the flow'... Eventually the staff member had to go out to sainsburys to buy bottles of prosecco - not worth the £150 that I had paid for 'welcome drinks'. One of the owners had a real problem with my dog coming, even though he was on a lead and sat quietly in the corner for one hour before leaving. If i've paid a lot of money for sole use of an empty room, I don't see this as an issue. I would like to thank Kwan though for being the only friendly staff member and helping me with stringing up a pinata. I would not recommend this venue unless you have a team coming to help you set up the event yourself. Made my night unneccesarily stressful.

The host Kwan is lovely! So helpful and so accommodating. I absolutely recommend this venue - I had a almost perfect experience. You won't regret working with this team!
On my event day the drinks I ordered through the organiser arrived an hour late. This was due to traffic but it unfortunately did slow things down for us during the event. This was my only negative.
