About this space
Our Lower Arch space is very popular for engagement parties, birthdays or corporate drink receptions, and you won't need to go far for refreshments as the bar is just 4m away.
The space also has a beautiful flower wall and purple booth which has recently been installed, providing a great photo backdrop.
Our Private Room which joins onto our Lower Arch can also be used for a quieter chill-out space, games room with beer pong tables (which we can supply for £35 per game) or simply a cloakroom area.
Plus on the weekends we also have a DJ on from 9:30m playing a mix of Club Classics (Kisstory vibe), commercial R&B, House, Disco.
For a corporate away-day event our Lower Arch can be set up for a theatre-style presentation or awards ceremony for up to 50 people and comes with AV including a screen with projector, 2 cordless mics and PA system.

Great space! Super communicative and accommodating, drinks all set out and ball pong was so much fun! Lovely space for a party - intimate but spacious
Really friendly and helpful staff, central venue, excellent music, fun atmosphere, reasonable minimum spend for a large booking!
Nothing - we had a great time
DJ was great, cocktails were really good and the space itself was perfect!
Food was average and some of the staff didn't seem to know what they were doing behind the bar, leaving 1 or 2 members of staff doing most of the work at a busy bar.
I booked this for my partners 30th surprise party and it was great. Steve was super helpful and answered any questions I had before the day. Staff were great on the night. Would definitely recommend!

About SAMA Bankside
The location is a twin railway arch venue set over 2 floors and is located next to Blackfriars Bridge on the south side of the river in the shadow of the OXO Tower (nearest stations are Southwark or Blackfriars).
Venue is industrial in style with exposed brickwork, a reclaimed upper wooden floor and polished concrete lower floor with chesterfield sofas, cosy booth seating in bright colours and unapologetic artwork to get your guests talking.
Space is available for booking from 6 to 300 guests. There is a bar and toilets on each floor and full catering options available.
The venue is available until 12am Monday - Thursday and until 1am Friday and Saturday.
