The Garden Arch at SAMA Bankside, a popular spot for birthday parties, brings a summer feel to the indoor pub. With the private terrace, it is ideal for a sit-down dinner or standing reception.
Our inside Garden Arch on the upper floor is a light airy space with a summer garden feel and is decorated with flowers and fake grass.
It's a great space for your next celebration and is hugely popular for engagement and birthday parties, or a sit-down meal on weekdays, and leads directly outside to our private outside space adding an extension to your company summer party.
On weekends have a DJ on from 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays playing a mix of Club Classics, R&B, House and Disco until 1am when we close.
The space is also ideal for company meetings, presentations and away-days and if booked for this comes with projector, screen and flip charts if required.
Our garden arch seats 20 for dinner parties or up to 50 for a standing reception. Dimensions: 4m x 7.5m.

Can I play my own music - Unfortunately not as it's not a completely enclosed room.
Is this a pub - No, we're not a pub, we're a late night bar also serving food until 9pm.
Are children allowed - Only until 9pm, after which they have to leave.

Are we dog friendly - Yes.
Do we allow BYOB - No.

Food was great and well presented. Canapes (goats cheese target and mini burgers were fab!) as was the pizzas. Worked perfectly for the event. The space was great too

We had the best time celebrating our birthday. Vish who was working at the bar was so attentive, friendly and accommodating to all our requests. The area was a perfect space it was enough room for the whole party. The dj Steve played some great hits to dance too. Highly recommend the venue!

The location is a twin railway arch venue set over 2 floors and is located next to Blackfriars Bridge on the south side of the river in the shadow of the OXO Tower (nearest stations are Southwark or Blackfriars).
Venue is industrial in style with exposed brickwork, a reclaimed upper wooden floor and polished concrete lower floor with chesterfield sofas, cosy booth seating in bright colours and unapologetic artwork to get your guests talking.
Space is available for booking from 6 to 300 guests. There is a bar and toilets on each floor and full catering options available.
The venue is available until 12am Monday - Thursday and until 1am Friday and Saturday.
