About this space
Situated in a courtyard just off of Union Street, this venue is a perfect place to celebrate an event.
Bi-fold doors open out onto the large courtyard with ample seating for 70 people outside.
The industrial style bar has brick walls, concrete floors and metal beams. A venue with a great vibe.
The bar is linked to the event space should you require a larger venue.
We have a sound system and some lighting for a DJ in the bar. (We can supply DJ's if required)

Hosted a joint 30th / engagement party with my finance. Could not recommend this venue enough! Great location and you have the whole place to yourself. Everyone (60+ people) was outside in the private courtyard for the first few hours where we had bottles of Prosecco Sasha had organised. Then progressed inside where my friend Djed on a great sound system.
Incredible night! Staff super lovely and really helpful. Drinks a good price, pizzas lovely and Sasha was brilliant.
Couldn’t have asked for a better venue!
Nothing, it was all great.

The venue is INCREDIBLE - such an amazing space and location, and Sasha and the rest of the team could not have done more to help organise a wonderful night (the pizza was a particular highlight!). Thank you so much again!!

The Union Theatre Kitchen and Bar is a Southwark multi-space venue, just 2 minutes from Southwark Tube Station.
A wooden floored dance studio, a brick walled event space and a bar with kitchen and courtyard.
We have hosted film shoots, weddings, wakes and concerts alongside more traditional uses.
This venue has a gorgeous vibe, with really friendly staff.
