Tucked just steps away from Oxford Circus and minutes from Hanover Square, this independent venue offers a one-of-a-kind setting inspired by vintage ships and classic cinema. The space is built around the shape of a ship’s hull, with timber walls, high ceilings, and cool lighting designed to evoke the soft glow of candlelight.
Every detail, from the handcrafted furnishings to the curved wooden interiors, adds to the atmosphere. At the rear of the venue, the Captain’s Quarters provide a semi-private area ideal for corporate gatherings or birthday celebrations of up to 40 guests.
Whether you're hosting a team social or marking a personal milestone, the layout and mood of the space invite guests to relax and connect in a setting that feels both imaginative and intimate.

Guest under 18 not allowed unless accompanied by an adult after 21:00
Host rules
On confirmation of the booking 50% deposit of the minimum spend, will be retained.
• Within 14 working days 100% of the minimum spend, will be retained.
• Minimum spends can be spent on both food and drinks during the time of the event. Should
the minimum spend not be hit the remaining balance will be charged as a hire fee.
• We can also offer a selection of entertainment which would be charged outside of the
minimum spend.
• Deposits are 75% re-fundable 30 days from event, after 30 days deposits are non refundable.
• All Minimum Spends are inclusive of VAT 20% & Service 12.5%.

Merging the love of fiction & non fiction the Rhum Tavern has crafted an array of signature cocktails in bespoke glassware, in a setting that is both warm and welcoming. Our team of Staff are here to guide you through our love of Rum, Hospitality & Comfort all the while trying new flavours and some classics to boot.
