Host rules
On confirmation of the booking 50% deposit of the minimum spend, will be retained.
• Within 14 working days 100% of the minimum spend, will be retained.
• Minimum spends can be spent on both food and drinks during the time of the event. Should
the minimum spend not be hit the remaining balance will be charged as a hire fee.
• We can also offer a selection of entertainment which would be charged outside of the
minimum spend.
• Deposits are 75% re-fundable 30 days from event, after 30 days deposits are non refundable.
• All Minimum Spends are inclusive of VAT 20% & Service 12.5%.

This year we had our Christmas party at the Rhum Tavern with over 40 people. It was the best Christmas party we ever had!
The place is great, warm atmosphere; the theme is fantastic, from the 80's movie Goonies. Friendly staff. Amazing cocktails. We got festive finger foods and it was beautifully set up. Perfect location! We couldn't have asked for more.
Amber and Rhys made our night special and everything was exactly as we had imagined! Thanks to Gabriel too! :) We were able to play our own music which made the night even more fun. The private space was big enough for all of us and we were comfortable and danced the night away.
