About this space
The Seminar Suites are a versatile, purpose-built events space that can be configured to suit a wide range of formats. Accommodating up to 220 seated delegates, the space can be opened out as one large area or divided into three separate rooms, allowing for parallel sessions, breakouts or more intimate meetings.
Acoustic insulation ensures a quiet, focused environment, while the flexible layout options make it easy to transition between presentations, workshops and discussions. The suites work particularly well for conferences and seminars that require multiple formats across the day.
The space can also be booked in conjunction with the Main Gallery or adjacent gallery areas, providing opportunities for registration, catering, exhibitions or networking receptions alongside formal sessions.
Prices
For larger meetings, conferences and evening events, we work with our in-house catering partner Mange, providing high-quality, seasonal menus.
Daytime catering starts from £9–£17 per person, with conference delegate packages from £34 per person.
Evening catering includes canapés, bowl food and sharing menus from £20–£32 per person (food only), or £48–£62 per person including staff and a drinks package. Drinks packages start from £18 per person per hour.
For smaller meetings and informal events, catering can also be provided by Lower Fifth, who operate the Building Centre café. Options include coffee and pastries, light lunches and refreshments, offering a more relaxed and cost-effective solution for smaller groups.
All menus can accommodate dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. Bespoke quotes are available depending on guest numbers, format and budget. Full menu details are available on request.
