The AV setup includes use of the three screens in the main room, two handheld microphones, two lapel microphones, and cameras and audio for video conferencing.

Yes, although the speakers around the venue cannot be connected to, the speakers in the room can be used. The venue can turn off the audio around the venue and play back-to-seat music from the main room when necessary.
