• Damage to the space will ensure extra charge
• AV equipment
• Please test all AV equipment as soon as you arrive at the venue.
• Pages 12-19 of the venue guidelines explain how to use the AV equipment.
• If you are using a Mac, do not disconnect the purple “Screen Mirroring” button in the top-right corner of the screen, as this will prevent screen mirroring from working.
• Front door staffing
• For security reasons, the front door of the building must not be left open or ajar at any time.
• You will need a member of your team stationed at the front door on the ground floor throughout the event. This ensures attendees can find the venue, be directed to the correct floor, • and be let into the building.
Collections during hire hours
If any equipment needs to be collected the same evening, a member of your team must remain onsite to meet the courier and hand over the items.
Please note that this is not the responsibility of Civo staff.
All collections must take place within your booked hire hours.
Deliveries
As we do not have staff onsite at all times, please arrange delivery times with me in advance to ensure items are received and stored safely.
