A contemporary rectangular boardroom centred on a large square table and surrounded by chrome cantilever chairs. The space has dark wall panelling, an exposed painted ceiling and linear pendant lighting above a patterned carpet.
Room features: The room supports presentations and remote attendance via a wall-mounted flatscreen, integrated conference-call facilities and a PA system. A whiteboard and flipchart are provided for planning and note-taking, and air conditioning regulates the temperature.

For larger meetings, conferences and evening events, we work with our in-house catering partner Mange, providing high-quality, seasonal menus.
Daytime catering starts from £9–£17 per person, with conference delegate packages from £34 per person.
Evening catering includes canapés, bowl food and sharing menus from £20–£32 per person (food only), or £48–£62 per person including staff and a drinks package. Drinks packages start from £18 per person per hour.
For smaller meetings and informal events, catering can also be provided by Lower Fifth, who operate the Building Centre café. Options include coffee and pastries, light lunches and refreshments, offering a more relaxed and cost-effective solution for smaller groups.
All menus can accommodate dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. Bespoke quotes are available depending on guest numbers, format and budget. Full menu details are available on request.
