We require all potential bookers to refill their own water bottles which can be done in our kitchen. Noise is ok but must not be too loud as we have multiple companies operating in the building. Please also sign in at reception upon arrival and if ordering external catering, you must liaise with our staff in order for the catering company’s equipment to be picked up on time if this is required. The elevator can be used to load equipment on to the 1st floor but cannot be used by guests coming in unless absolutely necessary.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period

Lovely space with great facilities ( except wifi)
No communication on the day, there was no-one to let us in until we kept phoning the host and eventually got in at 9.15am. Wifi is unusable and this wasn't resolved until gone 11am in the morning.
The space was light and we was happy to have natural air from the big window seen in the picture. Very happy with the refreshments and the fact you can cater in for yourself. We will be using again in the future
Would be useful to have a conferencing camera attached to the TV screen for conference calls that require that.
This was a great size and perfect for our team meeting of 12 persons. Whilst the TV was not huge it was sufficient for all to see my slides and the communication from the organisers was great in the run up to the event. All the team were very impressed by the venue and I would certainly look to use again.
Internet speed was not very reliable and appeared quite slow.
