This boardroom in Bloomsbury has a classic feel, with high ceilings, an original fireplace, and a mix of period details with a few modern touches. It’s been carefully updated, so while it looks traditional, everything still works the way you’d expect for a professional meeting.

Natural light comes in through two tall windows, and there’s access to a small balcony overlooking Woburn Square. The main table seats 10 comfortably, with good chairs and enough space to keep things focused without feeling cramped.

Host rules

Bookings & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due 10 days before your event. Full payment is required for bookings made within 10 days of the hire date.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Capacity
You must not exceed the stated room capacity at any time. A final delegate count is required two working days before your event.
Access & Hours
Rooms are available Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30. You must vacate promptly at the end of your hire period. Overtime will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
Equipment
AV equipment, interactive screen, whiteboard, and Wi-Fi are included. You are responsible for any damage caused to our equipment or property by you or your delegates.
Catering
Catering must be confirmed five working days in advance. External caterers require prior written approval. Food and drink must remain in designated areas.
Conduct
You are responsible for the behaviour of your delegates. Noise must not disturb other building users. We reserve the right to terminate a booking without refund if conduct is unacceptable.
Liability
ES London accepts no responsibility for loss of or damage to personal property. We recommend arranging your own event insurance.

Everything. The room was large with big bright windows, nicely designed, comfy chairs, quiet space. The staff were lovely, attentive and very helpful! Snacks included!
Nothing, it was great and I highly recommend the space!
