About this space

The Jenny Florence room 3.1 is a welcoming, light-filled space located on Level 3 of Ross House.
Room 3.1 is our best room for hybrid meetings and conference calls. This room features a state-of-the-art inbuilt conferencing system, with Clickshare and HDMI capabilities, ensuring connectivity and collaboration with ease for your meeting.

Accommodating up to 25 individuals, the Jenny Florence room proudly overlooks the renowned Flinders Lane in the Melbourne CBD. Close by you have many options for great food and coffee (some would say the best in Australia!).
The room is furnished with a wall mounted TV, a free-standing whiteboard, and an air purifier.
It contains 6 tables, 25 chairs and is designed to accommodate a range of furniture layouts.

This room is available to be booked any time between 7am – 11pm, 7 days a week, and bookings are set in half hour blocks. After-hours access is easy and secure via a keypad code provided upon reservation.

The friendly Ross House team is happy to assist with any phone enquiries Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

Great space, the room is much bigger than it looks in photos. All the tech was easy to use, and the factilities in the room were great - screen, dongle for attaching, air purifyer, white board, plenty of chairs. Staff were also very helpful organising the booking and managing requests :)

The location is brilliant, easy to get to from anywhere. The room was beautiful lit with natural light, had the AV we required for the laptop to connect to the tv and WiFi, chairs, table, an urn, mugs and plates. Access to the building was easy, as was getting into the room.
The lift smelt like urine. The hidden, outrageous costs for the carpark was incredibly frustrating. The ad and user manual is worded in such a way that the two casual parking spaces are included, if not already booked out. They’re not, almost $17 an hour. Communication around Flinders Lane being closed to traffic was poor. I would use the space again but Ross House communication overall could be improved.
