About this space

PLEASE NOTE: Bookings are now available from 8am to 8pm (previously 7am to 11am). Requests outside these hours will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

PLEASE NOTE: This room has recently moved from Level 1 to Level 4. The photos now reflect the new space. The room offers the same capacity and equipment as before, with the added benefit of improved soundproofing with to floor-to-ceiling walls.

Introducing our affordable 8-person meeting room, ideally suited for both in-person and hybrid meetings. This cozy level four space comes equipped with TV and USB camera and microphone, specifically designed for easy hybrid meeting experiences. It also includes a wall mounted whiteboard, and air purifier, and contains 8 chairs and 2 tables.

This room is available to be booked any time between 8am – 8pm, 7 days a week, and bookings are set in half hour blocks. After-hours access is easy and secure via a keypad code provided upon reservation.

The friendly Ross House team is happy to assist with any queries you may have and are available via phone Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

The venue is very central and accessible via public transport and lots of carpark available nearby. It was easy to locate, clean and spacious, has wifi and very affordable. Katie was very responsive and professional.
Not a dealbreaker but all of us in the meeting had Macbooks and we did not have the right adapter to connect to the TV. We tried connecting via Airplay but won't work. If you're using a Macbook just bring your own USB-C multiport AV adapter.

Fabulous location, easy to follow instructions and Kate was wonderful to deal with and made everything easy. Highly recommend as a central, easy to get to venue that is reasonably priced and next to so many cafes and restaurants.
