PLEASE NOTE: Bookings are now available from 8am to 8pm (previously 7am to 11am). Requests outside these hours will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Our newest meeting room, the New Rainbow Room is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 16 people in a spacious with plenty of natural light. The room is equipped with a SMART TV featuring wireless and HDMI connectivity. The room contains 16 chairs and tables, an air purifier and a whiteboard.

This room is perfect for in-person meetings. It can also be adapted for hybrid meetings allowing users to integrate a portable camera and microphone of their choice (a portable conference camera and microphone is available to borrow during business hours). For the tech-savvy, connectivity extends to mobile devices through the SmartThings app, allowing you to transform your phone into a camera or utilise screen mirroring functionalities.

This room is available to be booked any time between 8am – 8pm, 7 days a week, and bookings are set in half hour blocks. After-hours access is easy and secure via a keypad code provided upon reservation.

The friendly Ross House team is happy to assist with any queries via phone Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
