The terrace has a spectacular view. The pub has just been refurbished so it is a nice room, it is accessible with a lift and the windows open completely so with good weather it is really ideal. They presented the drinks (wine and beer) very nicely. The tables and chairs in the terrace are quite nice and comfortable to seat.

The food was not at all nice: I tried 2 canapes and decided not to eat anything else, I really did not like them. It was dry and tasteless. The waiters kept taking away glasses of wine almost full (many of the guests complained about this to me). My sister wanted to decorate the place specially for me because it was my 50th and she was only given 30 mins to put everything up, a bit more time for these things would be nice when it is a special occasion.

We had our company annual all staff day in the Terrace Bar and Boardroom (both on top floor). Everything worked perfectly. The venue was spotless, excellent views over the river. The staff were very helpful and courteous, pleasant to deal with and efficient. The buffet food was great, and plentiful. We'll definitely come back.

A brilliant evening with all our guest extremely happy and wanting to book again. BBQ was superb and loads of food. Our guests want to book again!
