Our contrast spa-
This space includes Two custom-built wooden saunas, designed for Nordic tradition and built to be shared. Infrared at 60°C for deep, restorative heat. Traditional Finnish loyly stones pushing up to 85°C for the full ritual experience. Six 3D-printed, ergonomically designed cold plunges, chilled across three temperatures - 3°C, 6°C, and 12°C. From invigorating to intense. Step in, breathe through it, come out transformed.

Our Serene Studio-
A secret underground space built for movement, recovery, and stillness. Incredibly lit, architecturally considered, and designed to make every class feel like an event. Yoga. Pilates. Soundbath. Breathwork.

Our Cafe Lounge-
A wellness bar at the heart of the space. Matcha, cacao, coffee, tea, and snacks built around recovery and feeling good. The place to land after your session, or linger a little longer.
