A contemporary gallery location space near Broadway Market and the Regent's Canal.
3000 sqft arranged over two floors (ground floor and basement). Access is at ground floor level with an internal staircase leading down to the substantial basement.
The ground floor showroom has large windows to the front and a courtyard style terrace to the rear. The aesthetic is concrete ceilings and pillars, granite floor and white walls with shadow gaps.
The basement gallery space has a painted concrete floor with concrete pillars, ceiling and dramatic staircase. 3.9 metre high white walls with shadow gaps.
The space is very adaptable and ideal for a host of different hires, including film and photography, and brand events. Large kitchen is available if required.
We generally hire the space with blank walls but also often supply artwork props on the walls where required. We have hosted shoots for 12 years and welcome every scale from tiny fashion shoots to Hollywood movies.
There is parking on site for 2/3 vehicles, and street parking is possible in the surrounding areas for additional vehicles.
