About this space

This is our main contrast-therapy space. Our Nordic-inspired, 3D-printed interior is a visually striking blank canvas, neutral, architectural, and built for the wow factor.

We offer:

- Traditional Finnish Sauna (85°C): uses high heat to boost circulation, relax muscles, and encourage detoxification.
- Infrared Sauna (60°C): provides gentle, penetrating warmth to reduce inflammation, support recovery, and calm the nervous system for deep, restorative heat.
- Six 3D-Printed Cold Plunges: chilled across three temperatures- 3°C, 6°C, and 12°C. From invigorating to intense. Step in, breathe through it, come out transformed. Cold exposure supports recovery, focus, and nervous system regulation, building mental clarity and resilience over time.
