I don’t know if it was a race thing but they originally told me it would be near the price stated online then asked me to come in and meet them. Then all of a sudden the price went up by 400 to a 1k hire fee then 2.5k bar spend then when I asked what made it go up they changed their mind and said they could do the 600 hire fee but I had to pay 2.1k upfront to secure the date. Since doing events I’ve never come across this defineltly won’t be using this place.

Great communication at beginning. Arranged visit communication perfect. Person spoke to was not available was shown around by member of staffing team. After being shown around, no prices was available or quotes on venue by daria member of there team. After leaving I contacted Tom orginal person speaking with. NO REPLY. I then messaged Tom expressing my interest in hire of venue and requested to be contacted and or sent over prices for venue. Visit was on Friday 14th March it's Monday 17th March 25 and even going threw tagvenue portal, contacting all numbers provided no communication has been provided. Hope its not discrimination happen as my crowd is diverse! The area is very diverse so hope this aint the case. If so could have kindly stated they don't won't that type of crowd. I will still give the team a chance to reach out to myself but at the moment, dates are available, but no further communication at the moment not making sense. Hope your experience is alot more pleasant.
