Location is good. The bar manager was very helpful when trying to resolve the issue with the minimum spend refund.
Not a private area we just had a few tables reserved which didn't seem worth having to pay a deposit of £700. The communication between the booking team and the bar staff was non-existent. I was told they would keep track of our drinks and I would be refunded the deposit the day after, when I arrived at the venue I was told this wasn't possible. It wasn't actually unlimited use of the foosball table because it was a shared area and pretty much always occupied by other people When other people moved my reserved signs and sat at our tables, the bar staff didn't ask them to move, I had to. We were told we had the area until 1am, but the bar was closed by 11pm despite people still buying drinks. Overall it was an okay venue but definitely not worth having to pay a £700 deposit upfront
