Very pretty venue, very clean and modern. Staff were very helpful with set up and answering questions. The hotel itself is lovely, nice and clean rooms to stay in after the event was over. We ordered catering, the wings were lovely.
Venue has a slight sewage smell which we were reassured would not be there on the day of the event, however it was, and guests did comment on this. They did try to cover it with diffusers but this did not work. Lack of adequate number of staff at times, long waiting times for the bar as there was only one barman instead of two. This is not a comment on the individual staff members though, they were lovely, just understaffed. Drinks prices appeared inconsistent, the system for this was not fully understood. Guests also commented on this. We ordered catering, do not get the chickpea fritters as these were brittle, tasted stale and not nice. There was no discount on room bookings, this would have been ideal as we booked 4 rooms. There was no follow up after the event, asking how we found things.

Great venue in a great location. I seriously applaud their entire team for their service - Alvaro and Ann were brilliant for event organising being proactive with messages and accommodating our changes and requests. This service was backed up by Karna and the onsite team who were brilliant. Great value for money and we will certainly be back to host any future events.
Being underground and near a tube station you can hear rumblings from time to time - but it's not a distraction, just something to be aware of. On occasion we did run out of a few things, like cups and coffee, however, when mentioned they were resolved very quickly.

Everything was exactly how I thought it would it be, which is a positive - as the way they're advertised on Tagvenue is how it is in person. The food was nice, as it was finished within minutes (so I'm taking that as a positive) - we got their finger food buffet and the quantity was definitely generous. The space is nice and was enough to fit all of our guests.
Sometimes the music we played would stop abruptly, we connected via bluetooth so we weren't sure whether it was the device we used or the connection.
