Loved the Zen Den. Really warm and cosy. Nice stylish interior with some nice furniture. We're able to play our own music at a level to hear eachother. The staff were lovely. Checked in at intervals to make sure drinks were topped up and we had what we needed. Very friendly, professional and attentive.
Some of our party were disappointed with the food. Fish portions were on the small side and the food description for one dish was felt to be misleading. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, offering replacement dishes, bringing some free sides of chips and taking some money off the bill. They handled us and the situation well. Others in our party enjoyed their food choices.
